Lost Hachi
To reach the legendary mysterious realm, Hachi follows a caravan of humans on a long journey in an era where she can only rely on hand-painted maps for navigation. Eventually, the caravan loses its way in the dense forest.
Seeing the human beings circling the same area, Hachi thinks to herself: "Maybe I should pull those trees out, so that they can find the way." The humans are hiding in a cave shivering at night when they hear a loud rumbling outside. The next day, they find the forest has been flattened, yet the perpetrator is nowhere to be found.
At this moment, a warrior named Tobun on the other side of the mountain thinks he sees a giant snake slinking through the woods. He looks intently once more, but it's gone.
